the vision of fantasy authors. Come! Enjoy the fun, food, music, old time skills, entertainment, storytelling, contests, and shopping. Expand the horizons of your mind in thought-provoking, soul-satisfying discussions and workshops with authors, speakers, and artists.
Fairies, wizards, dragons, elves,
wee folk, and all other mythical beings are welcome.
If you wish, come in costume as your favorite fantasy fiction character or as a traveler from the 6th through the 15th centuries. Enter the Costume Contest.
Please note: All weapons must be sheathed and peace-tied.
We are looking for entertainers, vendors,
and demonstrators of old time skills.

The Plague Take Them
You have heard of Pumpkin Chucking with catapults.
Well, we think Rats are better. They were a common pest in Medieval times.
Our chosen stuffed or rubber rats make no mess when they land, they look marvelous in costume, they won’t hurt anyone, and no food will be wasted. Pumpkins are out of season, rats aren’t! Come, ratchet up the noise level, and watch them fly!
Join us for the Pied Piper Parade, lots of creativity, flying rats, and funny antics.
